Fiat Industrial and unit CNH to merge May 30th 2012, 05:19 MILAN, 30 maggio | Wed May 30, 2012 1:19am EDT MILAN, 30 maggio (Reuters) - Italy's truck and tractor maker Fiat Industrial said on Wednesday it wanted to merge its farm equipment unit CNH into the group, to create a single company listed in New York and Europe. Investors in both companies would not receive any premium from the transaction since expected cost savings would be minimal, Fiat Industrial said in a statement.
